Join your neighbors on Saturday, August 1, 2026 to celebrate what makes us unique in this little mountain town! Support local artisans at the vendor fair from 10AM to 2PM. Then gather up the family and bring your own food and drink to the first community dinner on Main Street in beautiful downtown Guffey!

What is a community dinner? It’s a gathering of neighbors and friends to enjoy good food and good company. Community dinners are held all over the world. The towns of Buena Vista and Westcliffe have been hosting them for years. Guffey’s version goes something like this: we set up tables, end-to-end, on Main Street in downtown Guffey. You show up with your friends, neighbors, family (sorry, leave the pets at home) and your food and drinks and locate your pre-reserved table. Each table seats 8 people. If you don’t want to prepare your own dinner, check out the local eateries for to-go specials just for this occasion. And yes, you can bring alcohol. Just keep it within the designated dinner area and keep it mellow.
To reserve a table (or two) for the first Guffey community dinner, complete the following registration form. Tables and 8 chairs provided. There is no charge, but we do ask for a $25 donation for each table to cover the rental cost. Registration closes July 29, 2026.
Table Host Registration
Table Hosts are responsible for organizing your group of friends & family. You must coordinate the food, drinks, and tableware. We’ll provide the table & 8 chairs, and trashcans. If you are the designated host for your group, use this form to reserve a table and chairs. You will receive an assigned table number upon registration.

Vendor Fair
Looking for unique, handmade items for that special someone? Do you love farm-grown produce or fresh chicken eggs? You’ll find these and a lot more at the Guffey Heritage Day Vendor Fair. Check it out from 10AM to 2PM on Main Street in downtown Guffey, CO on August 1, 2026.
If you’re an artisan or grower/maker who would like to sell your wares, complete the Vendor Registration form below and submit no later than July 15, 2026.
Registration is $20; $10 will be refunded on show day after you set up your booth.
